Function: facilitate the exchange and maintenance of wear plates and side seals of belt conveyors.

Benefits:

• It facilitates the exchange of wear plates, as the services are performed outside the chute. The risk of confined space services in installing and removing wear plates inside the chute is eliminated for this activity. Other advantages of the system are the reduction in downtime and maintenance costs;
• Ease of changing the belt and rollers, as the articulated system itself leaves the belt free for these maintenances;
• It contains the transported material, not allowing overflow in the applied place;
• Increases maintenance safety, as the joint favors access to the chute.
