Ethics, integrity and respect: these three words have always guided PUR’s actions. In any relationship, whether with customers, suppliers, employees, partners, or the government, we must be ethical, honest, and respectful; comply with the legislation; and preserve the balance in the environment and in the relationships in order to ensure sustainability.
To consolidate our commitment to you and other business partners, PUR offers an OMBUDSMAN CHANNEL that operates based on our Code of Ethics and Conduct. This channel is for sending compliments, suggestions, complaints, and reports of conflict, harassment, fraud, violation, and other situations.
Through this channel, anyone can report irregular actions or behaviors that do not comply with the company regulations. PUR’s Management Committee receives the complaint and guarantees the confidentiality of the received information, even if the person identifies himself/herself. No retaliation or punishment will be allowed against the employee or other parties involved in the described situation.
For complaints, in order to properly assess the facts, we request that you send evidence or a clear and detailed account of the events. Vague complaints, without elements to analyze, will be dismissed.
